I am in your base killing your d00ds is a phrase that originated in RTS games such as Red Alert and Starcraft. The phrase more or less means "I am pwning you and you don't even know it".
The phrase is usually used online but could be used in real life to inform someone you are sleeping with their spouse or to tell a clerk he is being robbed.
Derivatives are also highly popular. The basic formula is "IM IN UR <noun> <verb>ING (UR/MY) <noun2>". Noun2 should always be plural, and end in a "Z" not an "S" otherwise YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.
Origins
IAIYBKYD allegedly came to being on the Something Awful forums as part of a Starcraft screenshot. Someone named 1337\h4x zerg rushed a n00b, leading to the following conversation:

Current status
I am in your base killing your d00ds is not seen very often (due to being the oldest of old memes), but its many derivatives are still seen often. LOLcats seem to be especially found of versions of this meme.
